Starting a new refill for the Diaper Genie II Elite and the Diaper Genie II system is a simple 3-step process. The red line on the film will tell you when to recharge the recharge is low and needs replacing. To start a new refill, simply pull the plastic tab on the top and pull the end of the film from the cartridge far enough to make a knot.

Step 2
